建議搭配：燒烤肉類，熟成起司。
釀造過程：將未曬乾的葡萄在收成後直接去梗和發酵。而後再加入乾葡萄，並在12月底壓榨前在不銹鋼桶中發酵一周。然後將葡萄酒轉移到小桶中完成發酵，然後在木桶中熟成8到10個月。
